This autumn-inspired appetizer will be a hit at any book club.
INGREDIENTS:
1 8 oz softened cream cheese
2 cups powered sugar
1 15 oz canned pumpkin (pure pumpkin puree, not pie mix)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon frozen orange juice concentrate
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend cream cheese and powered sugar. Gradually mix in pumpkin. Mix in remaining ingredients until well blended. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with ginger snaps, graham crackers, sliced apples, etc. Enjoy!
